We currently sell physical handmade goods and custom made-to-order items only.
Custom orders are created based on your specifications. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Contact us with any concerns.
Prices and availability are subject to change, but we’ll always honor the price at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if necessary (for example, due to supply limitations or incorrect pricing).

🚚 Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
Orders ship within 1–3 business days after purchase.
We ship domestically within the United States only.
Items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on the item’s weight and packaging. If you need it sooner, contact us ahead of time to inquire on options.
The majority of our items ship from Texas. However, certain custom made designs may ship from our partner location in New York.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Custom made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless you contact us first and receive prior authorization.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
