This approach allows us to give each piece the care and attention it deserves, ensuring that you receive something truly unique. If there’s something you’re looking for but don’t see, just ask—we may be able to make it for you!

Q: How long does it take to process an order ?

A: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Custom orders may take longer, and we’ll let you know the expected timeframe.

Q: Do you take custom orders?

A: Yes! We love custom requests. We can’t promise we can create everything, however simply reach out through our contact form and we’ll work with you to bring your idea to life if possible.

Q: How do I care for my Frizzle Wacky Jewelry?

Q: What is your return and exchange policy?

A: We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase if the item is unused and in original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item is damaged or the improper item was received.
